…welcomes those interested in day placements. Our pottery, bakery, food production and garden offer a range of opportunities for our residents, and these are also open to all people with learning disabilities, autism and mental health challenges. Community members benefit from a social life with many member-led activities and clubs. It is their aim that these be developed to include people with LD throughout the Forest. Currently, we run a movie club, a community coffee bar, as well as a weekly disco, bingo evening, open mic session, quiz or games night every Friday. Grange Village is part of Camphill Village Trust, a national charity supporting adults with learning and other disabilities. The Trust operates 10 communities and services across England.
