Cam Invisible Illnesses Group helps support people who are living with hidden Illness/disability. You may look fine on the outside and so find it hard to feel believed or heard. We include loneliness as a hidden disability.
At the group, we do a check-in to see how we are all feeling (optional) and then we tend to do a craft activity (also optional) whilst we chat away. We like to have fun as well as offer each other support with our issues.
No need to book, you can jist turn up. You can contact me if you find it difficult to go somewhere new. I will support you.
We ask for £2 per person to help with the cost of materials and refreshments.
We welcome anyone over 18yrs old or younger if accompanied by a parent/guardian/carer.
