Training

Active Impact – Inclusion Needs You – our Summer 2020 Programme has been postponed until the Autumn Term.

Free high quality training on including disabled children and young people in all sorts of settings, groups and activities.

The training is either co-presented by a team of disabled and non-disabled trainers or presented by experts with professional and lived experience including Parent Carers.

Guaranteed to get you laughing and thinking about how to include disabled children and young people in ordinary provisions.

Designed for everyone working with children and young people outside of school – in playschemes, youth groups, activity groups, after school clubs, nurseries and childminding, or in sports and arts sessions.

If you are interested in receiving information about any of the training courses,

please email:  training@activeimpact.org.uk

Barnwood Trust Workshops – We have paused registration for our workshop programme for the time being – if you have any questions please email learning@barnwoodtrust.org

Through our learning programme we create opportunities for you to discover new approaches, reflect on how you work and offer ideas to inspire you to take action. Ultimately we hope these learning experiences will enable you to build more inclusion in the places you live and work in. Whether you’re a local resident wanting to make a difference to your community or a professional seeking to develop their practice we hope there’s something for you.
