Online course with tutor Gemma Bolwell
Nov 3, 10, 17, 24, Dec 1, 8
What books did you love when you were young and why did they appeal to you? Maybe you enjoyed certain types of storylines or identified with certain characters? Perhaps the places in the story came alive in your imagination? Looking at a range of children's fiction, we will explore what makes writing appealing to different ages of children and have a go at producing poems and stories that young people might enjoy. We will learn tips from published authors who spend their lives creating fiction for children.
Free to participants who are 19+ and are below a full level 2 in their education and/or are looking to build confidence.
