Attractions and Days Out - Food and Drink - Gardens and Nature - Parks and Green Spaces - Sports and LeisureThe Tetbury Rail Lands Regeneration Trust has created a multi-user path known as the Tetbury Trail that mainly follows the course of the old railway line. Look out for the blue signs that will guide you along the Trail.Earlier this year an all-weather surface was laid on the newest section of the Trail. As well as improving the surface of the Trail so it can be used all year round by walkers, runners, cyclists and horse riders it is particularly suitable for wheelchairs, mobility scooters, rollators, prams and pushchairs. The improved section of the Trail is flat, without gates and suitable for the elderly and less able who find it difficult walking along rough country paths, up steep slopes, across ploughed fields and having to climb over stiles, walls, electric fences etc.It is now possible for everyone to travel the two miles from Tetbury out to the Trouble House café/restaurant, have a rest and refreshments and then make the return journey. The Tetbury Trail is free to use and open 24 hours a day, seven days a week throughout the year.
