Karate offers many benefits to children and adults alike.  Classes are split into children and adults classes.

Learn traditional karate style Wado Ryu in a friendly, safe environment. You don't need to be a strong person to learn karate, it's about learning how to use body management not strength.

You'll start as a white belt and work your way through grades to Black belt, learning techniques, movements, underlying principles to both, all based on self protection moves.

Adult classes are split into belt grades to allow appropriate training times for the techniques in the syllabus.  There are additional courses where all students train together.

Every Tuesday - £9 pay as you go

6.00 - 7.00pm - White - Blue Belt

7.00 - 8.00pm - Purple - Black Belt

Introductory offer £20 for first 3 classes. No membership fees.
