Dancing is not just good for your soul - it's good for co ordination, balance and fluidity of movement, all things that those living with Parkinson's often find affected.

Sarah Hartley runs two classes each week in Gloucestershire (though term-time only):

Mondays - 2pm - 3.30pm at Abbey Fields Community Centre, Back Lane, Winchcombe GL54 5QH

Tuesdays - 11am -12.30pm at Priors Park Community Church, Queens Rd, Tewkesbury GL20 5EY

Classes can be done seated or standing - or a bit of both!

Refreshments are available after each class which is a great opportunity to have a cuppa and a chat with other dancers.

Fancy giving it a try? New dancers can come along to their first TWO sessions free of charge thanks to support from Winchcombe Rotary Club. And if you find new things a little daunting, why not bring a friend with you at no cost? They can even join in!
