Have you thought about how to get a strength workout from home but you don’t have any weights? Think again.... most household items can be used as weights...... some have handles for those that can’t grip tins/ bottles etc.
So join Active and Inclusive Swindon on Thursday morning around 10.30ish for a live workout where Sam will be using an item from this picture to show you how to get a good basic workout.
It can be done stood up or sat down! Ooh wonder what item Sam will be using? Guesses below..... (she’s going to need 2 of them !)
