Active Impact and Wychwood Festival are working in partnership to provide an amazing opportunity for 25 families of disabled children to enjoy everything that Wychwood Festival has to offer.

Enjoy a weekend of music, arts, activities and more at Cheltenham Race Course between 2-4th June 2023.

Headline and other main acts include:

Happy Mondays, Travis, The Proclaimers, Heather Small, Scouting for Girls, Soul II Soul, Mel C, Thrill Collins and more!

This short break opportunity is open to Gloucestershire families with one or more disabled children aged 0-25 years old. Tickets will be arranged via Active Impact and will need to be collected at the Wychwood Box Office on arrival. This is an independent activity that families can enjoy together so you can turn up at whatever time works for your family and enjoy the festival in whatever way works for you. We will require proof of residence and eligibility to confirm ticket bookings.

Prices for this short break (which is subsidised by Gloucestershire County Council as part of the Of Course We Can Short Breaks programme) are:

Weekend – Adult £25, youth 10-15yr £10 (children under 10 and Carer tickets free)

Day – Adult £10, youth 10-15yrs £5 (children under 10 and Carer tickets free)

Wychwood site is mostly flat and wheelchair accessible though some areas are uneven and can get muddy in wet weather (see the Wychwood Festival website for more details). There will be a Mobiloo accessible changing place toilet on the main festival site for the whole weekend. There is also a sensory chill out space provided by Active Impact and Gloucestershire Parent Carer Forum that is open every day. Full access info: https://wychwoodfestival.com/accessibility
