The team on the bus would love to chat to you and find out about the things you do that help your mental health, whether that is mindfulness, or something else!
There will lots of information about mental health and wellbeing available, and the NHS' 'Let's Talk' service will also be on hand for a chat. Let's Talk offers help and support for people who are stressed, depressed or anxious, and anyone over 18 can refer themselves to the service. Find out more here.
