Digital Exclusion Focus Group

We are hosting a focus group on digital exclusion. 

Now that the world is changing and more things are going online, we want to know how this might affect people accessing services going forwards. 

We want to be able to explore this area and raise issues which people are facing so that people can make reasonable adjustments and people don’t get lost along the way. 

We want to hear about your experiences and the experiences of other people you might know who can’t get online, why they can’t get online and what we might be able to do to address this area. 

We are hosting a focus group for people to talk about this important area.

You can also support us by completing an online survey which will helps us collect more voices from people who can’t join us for the focus group.

We will share peoples experiences anonymously and will be shared with the MHELO network, external providers and Gloucester County Council.
