**Classes currently running online due to lockdown and Covid restrictions. Mondays and Tuesdays 2pm -2.40pm. Email for instructions on how to join. No charge currently although a donation would be much appreciated. **

Run by Community Dance Lead Sarah Hartley, this weekly class is a supported session for those living with Parkinson's and MS.

Dancing can bring a whole host of benefits, improving balance, co-ordination, posture and strength whilst also helping to release stress and anxiety. It helps us reconnect with our bodies and makes us feel more upbeat and positive, generating a feeling of contentment - something those living with Parkinson's or MS may feel they have lost. The class runs weekly (apart from school holidays) and is an opportunity to get out and have some fun at a friendly, uplifting, sociable class. No experience is necessary and you can join in at whatever level you can, going at whatever pace suits you.

In normal circumstances:

*Free taster* - come along for a trial session and meet Sarah and the group. Class runs from 2-3pm though sadly without refreshments afterwards at the moment due to Covid restrictions. Each class costs £5 and includes a range of music genres. A friend or carer is welcome to come along too - for a suggested donation of £1 to help cover costs.

For more information please call Sarah on 01242 603207 or email

* No classes during school holidays *
